As a Senior Care Assistant, you will make a huge difference throughout the company. You will provide support, training, and mentoring to our care team members, whilst also providing high‑quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities include writing care plans, completing risk assessments, providing on‑call assistance, and supporting the management team to ensure the smooth and safe running of the business.
Shift patterns:
- 07.00-22.30 (15.5 hours)
- 07.00-15.00 (8 hours)
- 07.00-17.00 (10 hours)
- 12.00-22.30 (10.5 hours)
- 15.00-22.30 (7.5 hours)
Alternate weekend working required.
