As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery, quality and development of our care services. Working closely with our Management Team, you will help ensure our clients receive consistently high-quality, person-centred care, whilst providing leadership, support and guidance to our fantastic care team.

This is a varied and rewarding role with greater responsibility across both our clients and care team. From supporting new client onboarding, completing care plans, risk assessments and client reviews, to overseeing staff supervisions, spot checks, inductions and mentoring, you will help us maintain high standards across the service.

You will also support with quality and compliance, safeguarding, staffing and rotas, and take part in our on-call service. You will be a visible and trusted presence out in the field, setting the standard for others and working alongside our Senior Care Assistants and Management Team to ensure the smooth, safe and effective running of our services.
