What To Expect
- Assist fee-earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions
- Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Conduct searches, request redemption statements, and liaise with the Land Registry
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems to ensure seamless workflow
What We Need
- Previous experience in a conveyancing role (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-service abilities
