About the role:
Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for solving problems, supporting systems and helping people get the best out of their tools? We're looking for a Software & Systems Superuser to join our client. In this role you'll ensure our software and systems run smoothly across the business. You'll support everything from user onboarding to troubleshooting, training and ongoing system development. You will work closely with all departments and report to the Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and optimisation of the bespoke MIS and Zoho
- Be the first point of contact for staff needing technical support across hardware, software and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all IT issues.
- Work with our outsourced IT partner where needed.
- Create, maintain and share clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all core systems.
- Deliver internal training sessions to onboard new starters and carry out continuous training across all departments.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the implementation and upkeep of the e-commerce website.
- Manage IT tickets through Zoho Desk.
Systems and platforms you'll support:
- Bespoke MIS
- Zoho CRM, Desk & Campaigns
- Xero
- Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
- SharePoint
- Windows & Apple OS
- Asanti & Enfocus Switch (Training will be provided)

Skills & Experience:
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and SharePoint
- Understanding of Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude and able to work on your own initiative
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to take ownership of issues
- Able to stay calm and effective in high pressure environments
