Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Thorne, Doncaster who are looking for Executive Assistant - Directors to join their busy team.
About the business: Our client is one of the UK's leading fresh poultry production facilities with cutting-edge technology and a passion for perfection.
About the offer:
- Full-time, Permanent
- Salary £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Administration
- Manage the executive's diary by priority and urgency.
- Manage inbound and outbound email, filtering for relevance and matters requiring personal attention from the concerned Director.
- Provide support for meetings including preparing packs and agendas, arranging refreshments, taking minutes, noting action points and following them up.
- Prepare and submit executives' expense claims.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arranging key internal & external events.
- Complete ad-hoc assignments or research when required.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Provide overall support for other senior managers as necessary.
- Any other duties as directed by the Managing Director.
- Ensure housekeeping of the administration offices (Director's Floor) is maintained to the highest standard.
Skills and experience:
- Higher education or a combination of related work experience.
- Degree qualified ideally.
- Chinese speaker preferred.
- Ethical, assertive, approachable and committed to the organisation.
- Strong computer skills. Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Ability to keep company confidential information.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
- 5 years of relevant experience working as an EA or PA.
