ROLE: Technical Sales Executive
SALARY: Up to £36,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus
LOCATION: Worcester (Office Based)
THE COMPANY: Red Rock are working with a global manufacturer and supplier within the construction sector. This is a family-run business with a strong culture centred around teamwork, integrity and innovation. With operations across Europe, The Americas and beyond, alongside international branches, the company is experiencing exciting growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative sales team of around 20-25 people, working closely with the Specification Team in a modern open-plan office environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday and the role is fully office based at the Worcester headquarters.

DUTIES:
- Following up technical enquiries with architects, specifiers, and construction professionals by telephone
- Supporting the Specification Team with technical sales administration and project coordination
- Promoting company products and technical solutions confidently to customers
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and prospecting activity
- Building and maintaining relationships with architects, contractors, and key project stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings and ensuring technical documentation and supporting materials are prepared
- Compiling sales and project data to support specification reporting and pipeline activity
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation for the team
- Screening and responding to emails and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate customer and project information
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a technical sales role is essential. A background in the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and onboarding will be provided.
