LOCATION: Worcester (Office Based)
THE COMPANY: Red Rock are working with a global manufacturer and supplier within the construction sector. This is a family-run business with a strong culture centred around teamwork, integrity and innovation. With operations across Europe, The Americas and beyond, alongside international branches, the company is experiencing exciting growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative sales team of around 20-25 people, working closely with the Specification Team in a modern open-plan office environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday and the role is fully office based at the Worcester headquarters.

DUTIES:
- Following up enquiries with architects and construction professionals by phone
- Promoting company products and services confidently to customers
- Generating new business leads through outbound calls and prospecting
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinating meetings and ensuring relevant materials are prepared
- Compiling sales data and supporting reporting for the specification team
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations and documentation for the team
- Screening and responding to emails and telephone enquiries
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate customer information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a telesales or sales support is essential.
- A background in the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and onboarding will be provided.
