Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK house builder, who are looking to appoint an Administrator to support their Construction Director and wider team. This is a varied administrative role offering the opportunity to work within a fast-paced construction environment, with strong career development and training opportunities.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the construction department while maintaining high standards of organisation and communication. This role is fully office based and working hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial support including diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and minute taking
- Respond to emails and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain holiday records and weekly absence sheets for employees
- Liaise with CITB and colleges regarding apprenticeships and pay updates
- Communicate with Contract and Site Managers regarding site incidents and accidents
- Arrange internal and external Health & Safety training courses
- Coordinate CSCS cards for site staff
- Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are up to date
- Maintain and organise Health & Safety filing systems
- Update build progress using COINS system
- Monitor green cards and CML documentation
