Red Rock are currently working with a leading wholesale buying group, who are looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced Administrator to join their Buying team. This individual will work closely with the buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to help deliver value, consistency, and service across the member base. This is a great opportunity for a commercially experienced candidate, with lots of opportunity to progress into more of a Buyer role over the coming years.
BENEFITS:
- Salary of up to £28,000 DOE.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- 4pm finish on a Friday.

DUTIES:
- Manage monthly promotions and coordinate with Marketing and Business Support.
- Maintain accurate supplier, product, pricing, and promotional data on Group systems.
- Administer contracts and tenders, supporting approvals and compliance.
- Track and report Own Brand, NPD, and EPD performance.
- Support supplier administration, including price changes and supply issues.
- Prepare documents for Trading, Board, and compliance meetings.
- Assist with newsletters, trading updates, and member communications.
- Liaise with suppliers and members to resolve queries and issues.
- Provide general admin support, including travel and ad-hoc tasks.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in a buying, purchasing, or commercial support role.
- Will hold a full UK Driving License and have their own vehicle.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience supporting promotions, pricing, and supplier negotiations.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple buying cycles, deadlines, and last-minute changes.
- Detail-driven, confident managing product data, contracts, and systems accurately.
- Clear communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
