ROLE: Weekend Sales Executive
SALARY: £12.21 p/h + Uncapped Commission
LOCATION: Hinckley
THE COMPANY: Red Rock Consultants are working in partnership with a leading and rapidly expanding used car dealership group, known for its high-energy environment and strong customer focus. With a large on-site stock of fully prepared vehicles and a high volume of inbound leads, their Hinckley showroom is one of the busiest and most successful in the region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business that offers real earning potential, structured support, and clear pathways for career development.

WORKING HOURS: Weekends Only - 15 Hour Contract
Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 10am-5pm
DUTIES:
- Welcome and guide customers through the showroom experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Conduct test drives and present value-added products
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
The right candidate will have previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales environment), as well as holding a Full UK driving licence.
