An established and growing Building Services and M&E contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their Southwest team. Operating across commercial, educational, industrial, and public-sector environments, the business delivers high-quality heating, mechanical, and electrical services throughout Bristol, the Southwest, and Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems across a variety of commercial sites including offices, retail units, industrial facilities, schools, and public buildings.

  • Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas appliances and heating systems
  • Complete commercial gas installations and system upgrades
  • Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safety regulations and industry standards
  • Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and site personnel
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety on all projects
  • Deliver reactive and planned maintenance works across commercial environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer
  • Good understanding of commercial heating systems and plant
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications including CODNCO1 / COCN1 or equivalent
  • Gas Safe Registered
  • Additional HVAC or mechanical qualifications beneficial
