Air Conditioning Engineer London Role: Air Conditioning Engineer Location: South East / Central London (Site-Based) Contract Type: Permanent Sector: Building Services / Air Conditioning Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Overtime The Role An established and growing air conditioning contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its installation team. Based out of the Dartford office, this Air Conditioning Engineer role will focus on the installation and commissioning of commercial air conditioning systems across Central London, with occasional work away when required. This is an excellent opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a supportive, expanding business that offers consistent installation work, quality projects and genuine career progression. The company has over 25 years of industry experience delivering commercial and domestic cooling solutions across London and the Southeast. Key Responsibilities Install commercial air conditioning systems across a range of projects. Install and commission VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. Carry out basic fault finding and diagnostics where required. Work efficiently to programme deadlines while maintaining high installation standards. Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company quality standards. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach whilst on client sites. Liaise effectively with project managers and other site personnel. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer. Strong commercial installation experience. Proven experience installing VRF/VRV systems. Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Professional, reliable and presentable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to occasionally work away from home when required. Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. F-Gas Category 1 Certification. Valid CSCS Card.
