We are recruiting on behalf of a valued M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Working Electrical Foreman to join their team on a large-scale warehouse fit-out project in Northampton, starting at the end of April.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing teams on-site while still being hands-on with the tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team of up to 8 electricians
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and installation works
- Liaising with the Project Manager to ensure smooth site coordination
- Delivering installations to a high standard including:
- Data basket and tray
- Small power
- Lighting relocation
Essential Requirements:
- SSSTS
- ECS Gold Card
- IPAF (3a/3b)
- First Aid Certificate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in a working foreman role on commercial projects
