The Role
An established and growing mechanical building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join its commercial team.
This is a newly created position due to continued business growth and an increasing workload across the commercial and industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the estimating function on a variety of mechanical building services projects, helping the business continue its expansion into larger, full mechanical packages.
Working alongside an experienced delivery team, you'll be responsible for producing accurate tenders, engaging with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the successful delivery of projects ranging from 250,000 to 5 million.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator or Senior Mechanical Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
- Experience pricing HVAC, pipework and mechanical installation packages.
- Commercial and industrial project experience.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification preferred.
- Proven estimating experience within the mechanical contracting sector.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
