Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within fabrication, industrial engineering, manufacturing or mechanical contracting sectors
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pipework, fabrication or structural steel projects
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Experience using estimating software and tender management systems
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Excel
  • Experience using Eveta, Coupa or similar systems advantageous
