Telemarketer – Solihull (Temp-to-Perm) £16.50 per hour (Umbrella) | 12-week Temp-to-Perm | Full-time or Part-time available We are currently recruiting Telemarketers to join one of our clients in the Solihull area. As a Telemarketer, you will make outbound calls, book appointments, and generate leads for our client’s business. This role is ideal for an experienced Telemarketer who enjoys speaking with senior decision-makers and working towards daily targets. Our client is looking for a motivated Telemarketer with strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a Telemarketer role with progression towards Senior Telemarketing Executive and Team Leader positions. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to businesses on behalf of clients * Book qualified sales appointments and generate leads * Conduct telephone surveys and update customer records * Speak to senior decision-makers (MDs, Marketing Directors, HR Directors) * Achieve daily activity targets (approx. 175 dials/day, depending on campaign) Requirements * Previous outbound calling or telesales experience * Confident and professional telephone manner * Comfortable speaking with business leaders * Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player * Strong time management and organisational skills * Must live within commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull Progression Opportunities Grow your career with our client!
