An established contractor delivering a large-scale student accommodation development in Nottingham is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee all Mechanical and Electrical packages on a new-build project. This is a 42-week contract opportunity on a significant student accommodation scheme, involving the coordination and management of all M&E activities from first fix through to commissioning, testing, and project handover.

The successful candidate will have a proven background delivering both Mechanical and Electrical packages, with strong site leadership skills and previous experience on major construction projects such as student accommodation, residential, healthcare, commercial, education, or mixed-use developments.
