Mechanical Supervisor Red Rock Consultants are working in partnership with one of the leading M&E companies in the Midlands, known for delivering top-tier mechanical and electrical services across various commercial sectors. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis, overseeing mechanical operations across 11 schools in Dartford as part of a large-scale commercial project. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all mechanical operations across multiple school sites, ensuring efficient project delivery. * Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. * Coordinate the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost control. * Act as the main point of contact for client liaison, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction. * Attend and contribute to site meetings, ensuring project milestones are met. * Supervise and manage on-site teams, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within timeframes. * Ensure all work is in line with project specifications and relevant industry regulations. Requirements: * SSSTS Certification or SMSTS * NVQ Level 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent * Gold Card * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, particularly in commercial projects * Strong background in HVAC, gas, and plumbing installations * Previous experience managing multi-site or multi-million-pound commercial projects (highly desirable) Demand for this role will undoubtedly be high and interviews will be arranged very soon.
