Red Rock Consultants are currently seeking a Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a student accommodation project in Dundee. This is a new build, ready to be fitted out, and will involve working closely with various mechanical trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Managing key mechanical trades: air conditioning, ventilation, and sprinkler systems.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet health & safety standards.
