Red Rock Consultants are currently seeking a Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a student accommodation project in Dundee. This is a new build, ready to be fitted out, and will involve working closely with various mechanical trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Managing key mechanical trades: air conditioning, ventilation, and sprinkler systems.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet health & safety standards.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong awareness and experience with all mechanical trades, particularly air conditioning, ventilation, and sprinkler systems.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure efficient site operations.
