Red Rock Consultants are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering large-scale new build residential projects across South London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to oversee high-profile projects and play a key role in delivering quality mechanical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mechanical installation process, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site teams to drive efficiency and maintain deadlines.
  • Ensure all work meets health & safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and quality control checks.
  • Work closely with design teams, ensuring project specifications are met.

Requirements:

  • HNC/NVQ Level 3/4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • 5+ years' experience managing mechanical projects in residential construction.
  • SMSTS & First Aid certified + Black Managers Card.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems & construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
