Site Manager (M&E)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager (M&E) to oversee mechanical and electrical installation works on a commercial fit-out project in Birmingham City Centre.
The project involves the refurbishment and fit‑out of a large shared living accommodation development, comprising commercial areas and residential‑style living spaces. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of M&E subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Electrical background advantageous
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager on M&E projects.
- Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on site.
- Experience delivering commercial fit‑out, refurbishment, or building services projects.
- Electrical background preferred, although candidates with broader M&E management experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
