Red Rock Consultants are working with a fantastic business, based in Battersea, who are looking to expand their team. This is a temporary role for a period of 6 months, commencing as soon as possible, with the potential to become permanent. Please note: the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service contracts, compliance records, and statutory documentation, reporting actions to the Estates Director.
- Improve the school key system to streamline access control.
- Support the Estates Helpdesk by issuing tickets, tracking jobs, and chasing outstanding work.
- Prepare documentation for Estates, Health & Safety, and committee meetings.
- Assist with tenders, contractor quotes, and negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and support Approved Contractor policies.
- Review and implement Estates policies, risk assessments, and compliance documents.
- Manage Estates stock, including reordering consumables and monitoring usage.
- Maintain records for fleet vehicles, utilities, swimming pool maintenance, and site compliance.
- Support training records, CAFM system implementation, reporting, and day-to-day Estates operations.
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ administrative experience and will be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience within facilities, project management and the education sector is desirable, but not essential. Please do not delay in applying, as immediate interviews and starts are available.
