IT Support Executive Salary: £36,000 per annum Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) Location: Hinckley (with flexibility for occasional remote or on-site support) Red Rock Consultants are working on behalf of a leading business to recruit an experienced IT Support Executive to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Executive who enjoys problem-solving, taking ownership of technical challenges, and playing a key role in supporting a growing organisation where technology drives performance, efficiency, and future growth. Key Responsibilities As an IT Support Executive, you will: * Provide day-to-day technical support across all departments, resolving issues promptly and professionally * Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates * Support hardware installations, upgrades, and configuration across multiple sites * Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently * Liaise with third-party IT providers and suppliers to ensure smooth system operation * Contribute to wider IT projects and initiatives led by the IT Manager * Support the implementation and integration of AI tools and technologies across the business * Provide remote cover at weekends when required About You To be successful as an IT Support Executive, you’ll need: * Previous experience in an IT support or systems role (experience in the motor trade or automotive industry is an advantage) * Strong technical skills across software, hardware, and network systems * Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do attitude * The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
