We are working with a growing M&E contractor delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial fit-out and large-scale residential developments. Due to continued growth and project demand, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to take ownership of electrical project delivery and play a key role in developing the electrical division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong electrical professional with mechanical awareness, looking to step into a leadership role with progression toward managing the full electrical function of the business.

Qualifications
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)
- SMSTS or equivalent (preferred)
- ECS/CSCS Card (preferred)
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the M&E sector
- Strong electrical background with a solid understanding of mechanical systems
- Experience delivering commercial fit-out and/or residential projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and project management capability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of electrical packages across multiple projects up to £2M in value
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide technical input across both electrical and associated mechanical elements
- Take ownership of project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Build and develop the electrical division, with a clear progression path into a senior leadership role
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and client requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
