Electrician – Permanent / Full-Time (Mobile Role – UK Wide) Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per year (£17.79 – £19.23 per hour) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week) Location: Mobile role across the West & East Midlands (with wider UK travel as required) Benefits * Annual salary review after probation period. * Paid door-to-door (less 30 minutes travel and 1-hour lunch). * Overtime paid at time and a half. * Call-out rota: 1 in 6–8 weeks – £100 standby, first hour £40, subsequent hours at time and a half. * 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. * NEST pension scheme. * Vitality health scheme. * Company van with fuel card and M6 toll tag. * Company phone and expense card. * Power tools, PPE, boots allowance, and branded workwear provided. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a mobile role, carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and testing work across commercial and domestic properties. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, including EICR testing, LED lighting upgrades, and 1 & 3 phase power installations, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Carry out electrical installations across commercial and domestic properties. * Perform planned and reactive maintenance and repairs as required. * Complete EICR electrical testing and produce relevant certification and documentation. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively. * Undertake 1 and 3 phase power installations and LED energy-saving lighting upgrades. * Liaise with clients and management to ensure smooth delivery of works. * Ensure all works comply with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and company Health & Safety policies. * Manage materials efficiently and ensure best-value purchasing. * Accurately complete all required job sheets, reports, and related paperwork. * Participate in the emergency call-out rota (1 in 6–8 weeks). * Maintain company vehicle, tools, and PPE in good working order. * Promote a professional image and deliver excellent customer service at all times
