Red Rock Consultants are currently recruiting for Traffic Management Operatives for our long-standing and well-established client based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking regular, ongoing work within a growing and supportive team.

Key Requirements:

  • Must hold a minimum of a TTMBC qualification (Red Rock can assist suitable candidates in obtaining this)
  • Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 2 years (essential to drive company vehicles)
  • Must be able to start work between 04:00 – 07:00am
  • Flexible approach to working hours – job and knock
  • Must be free from drugs and alcohol (D&A testing will be required)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Setting up lane closures, road closures, and diversions
  • Installing and removing temporary traffic management systems
  • Operating Stop and Go boards
  • Assisting with general yard duties when required
  • Communicating with the general public in a professional manner

What We Offer:

  • Pay starting at £14.05 per hour (CIS)
  • Minimum 8 hours pay on days / 10 hours pay on nights
  • Weekly pay
