Red Rock Consultants are currently recruiting for Traffic Management Operatives for our long-standing and well-established client based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking regular, ongoing work within a growing and supportive team.
Key Requirements:
- Must hold a minimum of a TTMBC qualification (Red Rock can assist suitable candidates in obtaining this)
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 2 years (essential to drive company vehicles)
- Must be able to start work between 04:00 – 07:00am
- Flexible approach to working hours – job and knock
- Must be free from drugs and alcohol (D&A testing will be required)
Role Responsibilities:
- Setting up lane closures, road closures, and diversions
- Installing and removing temporary traffic management systems
- Operating Stop and Go boards
- Assisting with general yard duties when required
- Communicating with the general public in a professional manner
What We Offer:
- Pay starting at £14.05 per hour (CIS)
- Minimum 8 hours pay on days / 10 hours pay on nights
- Weekly pay
