About the Company\\nWe are a well-established HVAC services provider with a strong reputation for excellence in both commercial and domestic Our team of skilled engineers delivers tailored solutions in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and reliability across all our projects. 95% of the work will be in the Birmingham and Coventry area.\\nAs part of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join our professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a forward-thinking company that values technical expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.\\nKey Responsibilities\\n * Installation of Air Conditioning Systems: Carry out full installations of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems to a high standard in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry regulations.\\n * Maintenance & Servicing: Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units, ensuring systems operate efficiently and comply with environmental and safety standards.\\n * Diagnosis & Repairs: Identify faults and conduct timely, effective repairs to minimise downtime for clients.\\n * Site Surveys: Support in conducting site assessments and assisting with the planning and design of new systems.\\n * Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on-site, providing clear communication and updates to clients.\\n * Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all work is compliant with F-Gas regulations and company health & safety policies.
