ROLE: Head of Aftersales – Automotive SALARY: £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car LOCATION: Hinckley (office based) THE COMPANY: Red Rock is working in partnership with a leading and fast-growing used car dealership group who is seeking a highly experienced Head of Aftersales to lead its Aftersales, Warranty, and Customer Service operations at its head office in Hinckley. Known for delivering a high-quality customer experience and operating at scale, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic automotive business in a pivotal leadership role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the aftersales function.
