We are looking for ambitious, driven, and motivated individuals to join our expanding investment brokerage team as Junior Brokers. This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates with sales experience who are seeking to build a long-term career within the investment and fine art industry. The role is predominantly telephone-based and focuses on generating high-quality opportunities for our Senior Brokers by engaging with prospective investors and developing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting 200–300 prospective investors daily
  • Building rapport and identifying potential investment interest
  • Introducing clients to our fine art investment opportunities
  • Qualifying prospects and gathering relevant information
  • Scheduling telephone consultations and face-to-face meetings for Senior Art Dealers
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system
  • Conducting follow-up calls with prospective investors where appropriate
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Contributing to a positive, professional, and energetic sales culture

  • Previous sales experience is essential
