We are looking for ambitious, driven, and motivated individuals to join our expanding investment brokerage team as Junior Brokers. The role is predominantly telephone-based and focuses on generating high-quality opportunities for our Senior Brokers by engaging with prospective investors and developing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Contacting 200–300 prospective investors daily
- Building rapport and identifying potential investment interest
- Introducing clients to our fine art investment opportunities
- Qualifying prospects and gathering relevant information
- Scheduling telephone consultations and face-to-face meetings for Senior Art Dealers
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system
- Conducting follow-up calls with prospective investors where appropriate
- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Contributing to a positive, professional, and energetic sales culture
