Telesales Executive
Salary: Up to Β£30,000 OTE

About The Role
We're working with our wholesale business supplies client to appoint an experienced Telesales Executive, required due to continued growth.
What you'll do
This is a fast-paced, target-driven sales role where you'll be responsible for generating new business, growing existing accounts, and driving revenue through proactive outbound calling, from our client's branch in Derby.
You'll play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Generate new business through outbound cold calling and lead generation
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, converting prospects into active accounts
- Grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain high levels of daily call activity and achieve KPIs
- Develop strong, long-term customer relationships over the phone
- Manage a high volume of transactional sales effectively
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Negotiate pricing and maximise profitable sales opportunities
What you need
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
- Confident making outbound sales calls daily
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
- Organised with excellent time management
- Resilient, motivated, and results-focused
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM systems
