They are currently seeking a Removals Telesales Advisor to join their growing team in Dartford.

Role Overview:

As a Removals Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing expert advice on moves.

Your primary goal is to engage with potential customers, understand their moving needs, and offer tailored solutions that ensure a smooth relocation process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on quotes and generate new business opportunities.

Experience in removals isn\’t essential, butproven experience in telesales, sales, or a customer service role involving sales is essential.
