Our client a specialist Removals Company based in Hampshire are currently looking for an experienced Removals Sales Surveyor to join their team.
As the Removals Sales Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the company\’s success by effectively managing sales activities and assisting in branch operations.
You will assess customer requirements, providing accurate quotations, securing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main duties of the Removals Sales Surveyor:
- Visiting clients and providing accurate quotations for Domestic moves
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the entire moving process.
- Carrying out video surveys
- Follow up on all sales estimates.
- Liaise with the operations team to plan and coordinate removal projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Work closely with the move consultants ensuring detailed information is provided regarding the move.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and upholding its reputation for excellence in customer service.

The successful Removals Sales Surveyorwill have strongsales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Experience required for this role:
- Experience of domestic moves
- Sales and estimating experience.
- Sound knowledge of removal procedures, packing techniques, and moving regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- BAR qualifications would be an advantage.
- AFull UK driving licenceand willingness to travel for on-site surveys and client meetings.
