Our client, an international removals company, is looking to appoint a Relocation Coordinator for their team based in Suffolk. As the Relocation Coordinator, your role will be to act as the main point of contact for customers, booking services, calculating and preparing quotes, and following up on all enquiries.
On a day-to-day basis, you will liaise with Operations, Partners, and Suppliers regarding the movement of items within the UK and overseas. Other duties include:
- Focusing on the international aspects of movements (Import, Export, and European), with occasional UK movements
- Handling customs clearances, insurance forms, international border control, and invoicing
- Assisting with training Relocation Administers and supporting their progression to Relocation Coordinators
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
The ideal candidate will have experience in Removals, Transport, Logistics, Shipping, or Freight (Imports/Exports), and experience in the Property or Construction industries. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Removals industry is required.
