What you’ll do

As Move Manager, a typical day will involve coordinating the smooth shipment of clients' goods, meeting agreements and upholding high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice to customers
  • Monitoring consignment tracking worldwide
  • Maintaining communication with internal departments, sister companies, and service suppliers

Move Manager primary responsibilities:

  • Managing complete door-to-door services
  • Offering comprehensive customer service in alignment with KPIs and contractual requirements
