Red Recruit Global is excited to collaborate with a well-established, award-winning Removals and Storage firm. We are currently seeking a dynamic Head of Fleet to oversee their UK-wide vehicle operations from their branch in Nottingham.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensuring full compliance, including Operator's Licence oversight
  • Supporting Regional Managers with driver and fleet compliance
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Overseeing workshops and service standards across the network
  • Managing fleet costs, fines, and day-to-day expenditure
  • Handling fleet administration (V5s, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Producing weekly reports for senior leadership

What you need:

We’re keen to speak to experienced fleet professionals who hold a Transport Manager CPC and have recent hands-on fleet management experience, including stakeholder management skills. It goes without saying you should have strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience managing commercial vehicles would also be a distinct advantage.
