What you’ll do:
- Coordinate fine art shipments, deliveries and installations
- Manage import and export movements from planning to completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Liaise with warehouse, transport and packing teams
- Maintain accurate shipping paperwork and schedules
- Support planning and problem‑solving across projects
What you need:
- Experience in fine art shipping, logistics or transport
- Import/export or airfreight knowledge preferred
