The Company & Role: Our client, a successful moving company, are looking for a Move Coordinator to join their growing team in Hertfordshire.
Main Duties of the Move Co-ordinator:
- Receive initiations and arrange pre-move surveys
- Communicate with transferees to advise on customs regulations, shipping allowances, and transit times
- Prepare costings and ensure moves remain within the assignee’s shipping allowance
- Obtain all required customs forms and protection cover documentation promptly
- Produce all agent paperwork accurately and on time
- Provide regular status updates to accounts
- Liaise with interior design companies, galleries, and museums
- Produce sales invoices in a timely manner
Experience required: We’re keen to speak with candidates who have at least 2 years’ experience working within move coordination, strong organisational abilities, and excellent communication skills. Experience handling international shipments and client liaison would be an advantage.
