Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per annum + commission (TBC)

Take the next step in your career with an award-winning Removals and Storage business, supporting complex corporate and government relocations in a customer-focused coordination role. This position is well suited to candidates with a background in transport, logistics, shipping or removals, who have strong service delivery and organisational skills and enjoy managing multiple moving parts while acting as a key point of contact.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate end-to-end corporate and government move programmes.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the relocation process.
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and agent networks.
  • Track consignments globally and manage exceptions.
  • Oversee financial administration, including costs and invoicing.
  • Support account management and onboarding of new clients.
  • Deliver service in line with KPIs and contractual standards.

What you need:

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in transport, logistics, shipping, or removals.
  • Proven experience coordinating moves or complex projects.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Removals or relocation experience is advantageous but not essential.
