Red Recruitment is recruiting temporary Customer Service Advisors to work remotely for a well-known large outsourcer that provide customer service for a number of their clients who are well-known brands. Package: Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour Days: 5 out 7 days per week Hours: 4pm – 12.30am (37.5 hours per week) Contract: 4 weeks temporary assignment Start dates: 15th / 16th JulyJob role: You will be answering inbound customer calls, thanking the customer for their time and responding to their query. You will be following a script to ensure all the correct information is provided to the customer. There will be a high volume of calls, therefore, you must be able to answer them in a timely manner. An internet speed check will be completed before you start to ensure there is no delay with you receiving these calls.
