Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Manager to join our client, who is looking for an experienced and inspiring Sales Team Manager to drive operational excellence and lead a team of Sales Agents to deliver an optimum level of service to their customers. You will possess a proven track record of engaging with, motivating, and proactively managing a sales team and ideally have experience working in an FCA-regulated environment. The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum.
