Sales Executive\\n\\nRed Recruitment is looking to recruit hard-working and highly motivated, target-driven individuals with previous telesales experience to join our client in Bournemouth.\\n\\nOur client is the UK's market-leading health insurance, life insurance and income protection comparison service.\\n\\nFull training and continuous coaching and development is provided, the basic salary is £35,000 per annum, and there is an opportunity to earn up to £100,000.\\n\\nBenefits and Package for a Sales Executive:\\n\\nSalary: £35,000 per annum plus OTE £70,000 – £100,000\\nHours: Full-time\\nContract Type: Permanent\\nLocation: Bournemouth\\nOpportunity to earn uncapped commission (up to £100,000)\\nRegular bonuses and performance incentives (holidays, days out, TV's)\\nFull in-house training\\nSupportive and target driven environmentKey Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:\\n\\nMaking outbound and taking inbound sales calls\\nHandling sales enquiries for a range of insurance products\\nMeeting and exceeding individual targets\\nProviding an advisory service to clients, so recommendations on the insurance providers and their policies can be made\\nUndertaking a fact-finding process to find out the wants and needs of the client as well as their affordable monthly budget\\nOvercoming objections by highlighting the features and benefits of the wide range of products\\nEnsuring every client receives excellent service, in order to convert leads into salesKey Skills and Experience of a Sales Executive:\\n\\nYou should have previous sales experience within a high-volume telesales role\\nAble to convert warm leads and be target-driven\\nPrevious experience selling private medical insurance is desirable\\nYou should be willing to learn and pick up product knowledge\\nExcellent communication skills are requiredIf you are interested in this position as a Sales Executive and have the relevant experience required, please apply now!\\n\\nRed Recruitment (Agency)
