Retention Manager

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Retention Manager in Manchester to join our client, an industry-leading EAP and OH provider and Sunday Times 'Best Places to Work' organisation. The salary for this position is £32,500 – £37,500 per annum. You will be instrumental in the success of the business KPIs and ensuring the client's expectations are exceeded and business targets are met.
