Patient Booker
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Patient Booker to begin working immediately in a hospital in Stoke-On-Trent. This is a temporary position with lots of opportunities.
This role will involve you to book appointments for patients, completing a variety of administration duties and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8am – 4pm
Key Responsibilities for a Patient Booker
- Booking patients in for appointments or their transport to and from hospital
- Chasing up reports
- Inputting patient data
- Being the first point of patient contact by answering the phone or email
- Ensuring patients appointments are booked correctly and efficiently
- Providing up to date information to patients
- Completing any administration duties that may be required
Key Skills for a Patient Booker
- You should have a keen eye for detail
- Great communication skills including both written and verbal is required
- You ideally will be passionate about people and want to help others
