Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our client based in Norwich who specialise in 24/7 Care solutions on a part time basis of 15 hours per week, working only at weekends. This role is perfect for someone with an empathetic approach, who likes working in a fast-paced environment delivering outstanding customer experiences to vulnerable customers. You must be available for 2 weeks training Monday - Friday - 9.30am - 5pm for the first two weeks for training.
Benefits and Package for Customer Service Agent:
- Salary: Pro Rata £9,601.80 Per Year with bonus up to 20% (£24,004.50 Full Time Per Annum)
- Hours: Saturday and Sunday - 15 Hours Per Week
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Norwich - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Providing excellent customer service via calls, emails and live chat.
- Receive and respond to queries via email and over the phone
- Working with all departments to ensure quality and accuracy is maintained throughout
- Resolving customer issues raised through inbound calls
- Outbound calling customers to follow up on their enquiries
Key Skills and Experience of Customer Service Agent:
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Can build rapport with customers along with being patient and empathetic
- Are reliable, trustworthy and motivated
- 1 Year experience in customer facing role and display great customer service skills
- Comfortable using a CRM although training is provided
