Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer services in the financial services industry. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with any queries they have and ensuring you remain compliant with FCA guidelines. This is a part time role with flexible shift patterns allowed but you will need to be full time for the first 2 weeks due to training.
