Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Agents in Leeds to join our client, an award-winning customer management company that has achieved GOLD awards from both Investors in People and Investors in Customers. Our client partners with energy and utility providers, helping their customers experiencing financial vulnerabilities. Due to the nature of this role, you should be empathetic with good listening skills. In order to be successful for this role you must have previous experience dealing with vulnerable customers and a history in utilities.

The salary is £26,227.50 with OTE of £28,200 per annum.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm
