You will be responsible for managing and growing the Growth Broker relationships and will be working with some of the UK\’s largest and most exciting brokers. The salary for this position is up to £32,000 per annum, there is also the opportunity to earn commission. Package for an Insurance Broker Account Executive: Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + commission Hours: Full-time Contract Type: Permanent Location: Tewkesbury, GloucesterKey Responsibilities of an Insurance Broker Account Executive: Building strong, long-term relationships with key broker accounts through meetings, events, and virtual channels Driving account growth by providing tailored support and insights Collaborating with underwriting and sales teams to meet commercial targets Delivering clear, data-driven partner reports to key stakeholdersKey Skills and Experience of an Insurance Broker Account Executive: Previous insurance/professional services experience would be advantageous The ability to hit the ground running and be self-motivated is required The ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential You should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and face-to-face Cert CII would be advantageous but not essentialReady to take the next step in your career?
