Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client a leading travel insurance company rated #1 for customer care, based in Romford. You will be required to handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries. Benefits and Package for a Sales Representative: Salary: £25,500 per annum, average OTE £35,000 - £40,000 Hours: 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day Hours between: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 8pm 1 in 4 weekends (either a Saturday or Sunday) Contract Type: Permanent Location: Romford Uncapped commissions paid monthly Free parking in the surrounding areas & transport links Additional leave & sick pay Company events & employee discounts Company pension Cycle to work scheme Life insurance Referral programme Progression opportunities throughout the business, across all sites and departmentsThe training period will span over 6 months where you will earn £250 training bonus per month.
