Red Recruitment is recruiting driven and ambitious Graduate Sales Executives in Solihull. Our client is a telecoms and technology company who are recognised as a leader in their field. With over 1,800 colleagues across all sites, this is a fast-growing and exciting business to be a part of. Our client is looking for recent university graduates who want to start their careers in technology sales.

The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum and there is an opportunity to earn commission.

Benefits and Package for a Graduate Sales Executive:

  • Salary: £25,000 per annum plus the opportunity to earn commission
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Location: Solihull

Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Sales Executive:

  • Contacting existing customers and selling additional technology products
  • Selling technology upgrades
  • Achieving set sales targets and objectives with a strong desire to exceed targets
  • Becoming an expert in the products and services to ensure a solution-led and consultative approach to sales
  • Understanding customer needs and selling to them the associated relevant product or service
  • Adding value by positively and enthusiastically discussing the brand's values, products and services to ensure a professional image is provided at all times

Key Skills and Experience of a Graduate Sales Executive:

  • You must be a recent university graduate, ideally within the last 4 years
  • Must be sales-driven, ambitious, and eager to meet targets
  • Outgoing, ambitious personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
  • A natural sales ability with a keenness to develop these skills to help you and the company succeed
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards targets
